Suzanne T. Prescott

Suzanne T. Prescott is a founding partner of Bivek Brubaker & Prescott LLC and an accomplished family law attorney in Marietta, Georgia. Ms. Prescott has extensive experience counseling and representing clients who are going through divorce or have other family law-related concerns. She represents clients in Marietta, Atlanta and North Georgia, including Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, Milton and Gainesville.

After graduating cum laude from Emory University with a degree in English, Ms. Prescott went on to earn a law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. She is currently licensed to practice in all of the state courts in Georgia, including the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Her passion for family law inspired Ms. Prescott to focus solely on this particular area of law practice. Ms. Prescott handles all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, paternity and more. Whatever the legal issues, she is committed to providing the highest quality of representation to all of her clients, and to helping them get through difficult moments in their lives. She is trained in collaborative law, an approach to divorce that stresses reaching an amicable settlement rather than going through a costly and time-consuming court process, and she encourages her clients to see divorce as a path toward a fresh start.

Ms. Prescott also finds time to participate in professional organizations. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and belongs to the organization\'s family law and young lawyers\' division sections. Ms. Prescott is also a member of the Cobb County Bar Association.
