As a partner at Gwilliam, Ivary, Chiosso, Cavalli & Brewer, Steven J. Brewer is dedicated to serving clients in Oakland, California, and throughout Northern California. After earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1976, Mr. Brewer attended Lincoln University of Law receiving a Juris Doctor in 1980.
