Q Attorney Profile

Philip Pendergrass grew up in the Atlanta area. He attended Providence Christian Academy in Lilburn, GA, where he was a pitcher on the varsity baseball team. He continued to pursue his love for baseball into college before an injury ended his playing career. Philip graduated from Augusta State University, renamed Augusta University, before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia.

In law school, he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Student Bar Association, Public Defender Clinic, and a student attorney in the Public Interest Practicum. During his summer breaks and part-time during his semesters, he worked as a law clerk with one of the country’s most well-known plaintiffs’ firms. He assisted the firm in representing clients from all across the country in litigation against some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.

Philip has dedicated his practice solely to representing individuals who have suffered serious personal injuries due to the wrongful acts of others. He focuses his practice on dangerous drugs, defective medical products, auto and trucking accidents, premises liability cases, and serious personal injury claims. As the owner of The Pendergrass Law Firm, Philip invests great care and attention to detail in his zealous pursuit to deliver justice and maximum compensation for his clients.

Philip and his wife live in Peachtree Corners. When not working, he enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves, playing golf, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.
