Nicole Marie Villarroel is an attorney at Hackleman, Olive & Judd, P.A. Attorneys at Law, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she is a member of the firm’s real estate practice group. She works with matters involving real estate closings, title and escrow services, and commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes, serving clients in Fort Lauderdale and throughout South Florida.
Ms. Villarroel has experience with all stages of real estate and property transactions, including document preparation and review, as well as negotiating and settling disputes that may arise during a transaction. She guides clients through the process in matters involving condominiums, financing, leases, lending and titles.
Using her knowledge and experience to educate others, Ms. Villarroel speaks on real estate topics at various seminars. In 2018, she authored an article for ActionLine, published by the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. She is also an active member of the section.
An active member of the Florida legal community, Ms. Villarroel is a member of the Broward County Bar Association. She sits on the board of the Broward Attorneys’ Real Estate Council and is co-chair of the Residential Real Estate & Industry Liaison Committee. She enjoys serving her community and belongs to Women United of the United Way of Broward County.
Ms. Villarroel graduated cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree. She earned her law degree from Florida International University College of Law. She obtained her license to practice law in 2013, which authorized her to appear and practice before all Florida state courts.
