Nicholas P. Smith

Nicholas devotes his practice to finding effective and efficient solutions to his clients\' problems. He practices in business litigation, general litigation, intellectual property, and alternative dispute resolution and handles a variety of matters from advising clients on IP protection to handling business and contract disputes. He is a registered neutral with Georgia\'s Office of Dispute Resolution. Nicholas received his undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Georgia and graduated cum laude from Georgia State\'s College of Law. After law school, Nicholas served a term as a staff attorney to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
