Lyle Griffin Warshauer

As the Senior Partner and Co-founder of Warshauer Law Group in Atlanta, Georgia, Attorney Lyle Griffin Warshauer has devoted her career to aggressively representing clients who have been severely injured due to the carelessness of others, primarily related to medical negligence. Lyle manages the medical malpractice team at the firm, and has achieved success in a wide variety of medical malpractice actions, including those involving surgical errors, misdiagnosis, medication errors and birth injury.  She prides herself on taking complex cases that require hard work and creativity. She obtained a record verdict for a medical malpractice case in her first medical malpractice trial, and has continued to obtain significant recoveries for her clients and their families ever since.       

Lyle’s success has been recognized by her peers in the legal community as well.  In addition to her Super Lawyer status and Top 50 Georgia Women Lawyers ranking, she has received an AV Preeminent rating through Martindale-Hubbell, signifying the highest level of professional excellence.  Lyle is a leader in her profession, with her long-standing service to the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. She is a recipient of the Association’s Guardian of Justice Award, and is currently serving as the President-Elect.  She is also a member of the American Association for Justice, and is a regular participant in AAJ’s Birth Injury Trauma Group and the Medical Negligence Group.
