He holds his license to practice in Massachusetts as well as California, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Throughout his career, he has proven himself an invaluable ally for those who are going through divorce, particularly business owners and spouses seeking a fair share of their business interests and considerable personal assets. A leader in his field, Mr. Seide has several publications to his credit, and he has conducted a number of lectures and continuing legal education seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics related to family law.
