Ken Shigley is  Past President of the State Bar of Georgia (2011-12), past chair of the Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Georgia (2012-13) and current chair of the American Association for Justice Motor Vehicle, Highway & Premises Liability Section (2015-16).

His practice focuses on commercial truck and bus accident cases, automobile accidents, defective products, dangerous premises, professional negligence and insurance coverage. He has special expertise in intermodal container freight trucking litigation.
