Keith L. Lindsay

Keith L. Lindsay is an attorney and partner at Edmond Lindsay & Atkins, LLP, in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Lindsay concentrates his practice onpersonal injury litigation, representing clients in Atlanta and throughout the state of Georgia. He has experience with cases involving medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, trucking accidents, wrongful death and other catastrophic injuries caused by negligence.

Mr. Lindsay has more than 35 years of experience and is a seasoned litigator. Before joining Edmond Lindsay & Atkins, LLP, in 2005, he served as an assistant district attorney for Fulton County, Georgia, and practiced with a prestigious Atlanta based insurance defense firm. These roles allowed him to develop litigation skills and techniques which he uses to advocate on behalf of victims of negligence and their families and ensure they receive adequate compensation.

In recognition of his contributions to the legal profession and successful career, Mr. Lindsay is rated AV Preeminent* from the respected peer review organization Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of professional organizations including the Gate City Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the National Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Lindsay received a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. He earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law and obtained his license to practice law in 1985. He is qualified to practice before all Georgia state and appellate courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eleventh Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
