Jeff Yashinsky

     For the past 20 years, I have devoted myself to the practice of personal injury civil litiagtion.  After graduating from law school,

     I began my legal career with Weinstock and Scavo, P.C. a general litigation practice that provided me with an opportunity to work with and learn from very experienced and seasoned attorneys.  From there, I transitioned into the defense side of personal injruy by acceprting and in house position with Progressive Insurance Company.  While at Progressive, I learned the intracacies of trial work from the defense perspective.  After 4 years, I was elevated to a managerial position for Progressive\'s North Atlanta office.  After 4 more years supervising, teaching and managing an outstanding group of lawyers and paralegals, I decided it was time to return to the area of law that first drew me to the litigation arena, plaintiff\'s personal injury work.  In 2010, I joined Hartman-Imbriale, P.C. as the personal injury litigation attorney.  It was there that I found my passion for helping others in their struggle to recover for losses they suffered through no fault of their own.  After 7 years, it was time to reach for new heights and, in 2017, I started The Yashinsky Law Group.  

     My staff and I are working hard to secure our reputation as a solid and reliable plaintiff\'s firm, ready to do battle againt the powerful inurance companies and to seek justice for those who need our help.  While I believe diplomacy is always the first step in any adversarial contest, I am willing to fight for my clients to make sure they receive a fair and just resolution.  I believe we all have a purpose in life, and mine is to help those who aren\'t being treated fairly and with the respect they deserve.
