Jason McLendon is an attorney and the founder of McLendon Law Firm, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. McLendon practices exclusively in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury, serving clients in the Atlanta metropolitan region and throughout North Georgia. He has successfully defended serious cases such as drug possession, firearm charges, sex violations, vehicular homicide and other misdemeanors and felonies. He is also a skilled appellate attorney who has successfuly reversed convictions for clients who were convicted at trial.
Mr. McLendon has been a licensed attorney since 2014. Over the course of his time in practice, he has litigated cases in Georgia State and Superior Courts - as well as various federal courts around the country. He is committed to providing high-quality service to his clients. He has developed extensive knowledge of the Atlanta-area court system and procedures and uses this to his advantage when assisting clients.
Mr. McLendon understands the significant toll a criminal charge can take on an individual and is committed to helping those who have been charged with a crime achieve the best possible result. After graduating from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mr. McLendon received his law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Before opening his own firm, he gained legal experience by serving as a law clerk for a private Atlanta-based firm.
In addition to running his law firm, Mr. McLendon enjoys being an active member of the Georgia legal community. He is an active member of the Cobb County Bar Association and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
