Dina R. Khismatulina

Dina R. Khismatulina is an associate attorney at The Manely Firm, P.C., in Marietta, Georgia. Ms. Khismatulina devotes her practice primarily to family law and handles international law matters. She serves a wide variety of clients throughout the Atlanta, Georgia, region.

Originally from Siberia, Russia, Ms. Khismatulina earned a law degree from National Research Tomsk State University in Russia. She spent several years working in the legal industry in Russia before relocating to the Atlanta area in 2003. While working in Russia, she served as in-house counsel for two major companies, gaining experience with antitrust, contract and corporate matters. She also handled bankruptcy and civil litigation cases while working in Moscow.

After relocating to Georgia, Ms. Khismatulina received a Master of Laws degree from Emory University School of Law. After receiving her degree, she passed the Georgia bar examination and joined The Manely Firm, P.C. She holds a license to practice law in Georgia and Russia and is qualified to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Court of Appeals of Georgia.

In addition to serving her family law clients, Ms. Khismatulina enjoys giving back to the legal community through volunteer work. She takes on pro bono matters through Legal Aid of Cobb County and is a member of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.

Ms. Khismatulina is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and belongs to the association’s family law section. She also belongs to the American Society of International Law and Women in International Law.
