Diana Lynch

Attorney Diana Lynch is the managing partner of Lynch Law Group in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Lynch focuses her practice on family law and handles cases in the Atlanta metropolitan area, as well as throughout DeKalb, Gwinnett and Fulton counties involving divorce, child custody, child support, property division and more. Possessing a wide range of legal knowledge, she has also handled personal injury and other general civil litigation matters.

Ms. Lynch earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of South Carolina: Darla Moore School of Business and attained her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, she served as a summer associate for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Division’s securities fraud and regulations department. She has been practicing law in the state of Georgia since 1995 and the state of South Carolina since 1993.

Ms. Lynch has several years of litigation experience in the area of family law and is also experienced in forms of alternative dispute resolution, holding a license in both mediation and arbitration. Prior to her role with Lynch Law Group, she practiced at other private firms and also clerked for entities, including the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the South Carolina Court of Appeals.

An active participant in legal and pro bono activities, Ms. Lynch has been involved with groups including the Literacy 2 Legacy, Inc. and the Fulton County Youth Council. She is also active in a number of professional organizations including the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
