Attorney Dean R. Fuchs is a partner at Schulten Ward Turner & Weiss, LLP, in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Fuchs serves clients in the Atlanta metropolitan region and throughout the state of Georgia in matters involving business disputes, commercial litigation and employment litigation.

Mr. Fuchs has been licensed to practice in Georgia and Florida since 1994 and Massachusetts since 1996. He graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law. He also holds an arbitration certification through the arbitration program of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Fuchs has been involved in many significant cases. He spent several years as a partner at a private Georgia-based firm before joining Schulten Ward Turner & Weiss, LLP, in 2003. Because of his accomplishments, he has been recognized by Georgia Trend magazine, who named him one of the “legal elite” in 2013.

Mr. Fuchs participates in several professional organizations including the State Bar of Georgia, the Florida Bar, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, a board member of the Atlanta Bar Association’s alternative dispute resolution section and vice president and secretary of the Concorde Condo Association. He is a former member of the Federal Communications Bar Association.

Mr. Fuchs devotes a portion of his time to pro bono work. He volunteers with organizations such as Georgia Legal Services Program and the State Bar of Georgia Pro Bono Resource Center.
