David W. Kesselman is a partner in the law firm of Kesselman Brantly Stockinger LLP in Manhattan Beach, California. Mr. Kesselman specializes in antitrust, unfair competition, business, and intellectual property litgiation matters. He represents companies and individuals, both as plaintiffs and defendants, in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Mr. Kesselman also handles matters for clients in arbitration. Mr. Kesselman earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis. He holds a master\'s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Scioence. He received his bachelor\'s degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he served as student body president.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Kesselman serves as an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he has taught courses in antitrust law for many years. Along with sharing his legal knowledge through teaching and lecturing, Mr. Kesselman has for many years co-authored and edited various chapters in the leading treatise in California on antitrust and unfair competitoin law. He has published articles in the Los Angeles Daily Journal and elsewhere, and he has provided commentary as a leading authority in antitrust law.
Mr. Kesselman is a member of various professional organizations (American Bar Association, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and others). He has served as a member of the executive committee for the State Bar of California\'s antitrust and unfair competition section (and currently serves as an advisor). He is a former past Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association\'s antitrust and unfair business practices section, and he continues to serve as a member of the executive committee.
