Darren Tobin focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, he provides representation to clients throughout the state of Georgia.

Mr. Tobin helps people who have suffered noneconomic and economic losses due to the negligence of other people and businesses. The types of cases that he has handled during his career include truck and motor vehicle crashes, auto-pedestrian accidents, nursing home neglect, premises liability, and sexual assault. During his career, Mr. Tobin has been able to obtain significant compensation for his clients through both jury verdicts and large negotiated settlements; some of his representative results have included a $1.5 million award for a pedestrian accident and a $935,288 verdict for a work truck crash.
