Daniel J. Buba is a trial attorney at Doehrman Buba in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Buba practices personal injury law, handling matters involving birth injury, brain injury, car accidents, medical malpractice, trucking accidents and wrongful death. He represents plaintiffs in Indianapolis and all of the surrounding areas in central Indiana.
A licensed attorney since 1984, Mr. Buba is admitted in all Indiana state courts and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Over the course of his career, he has helped numerous personal injury victims receive compensation for their injuries.
Recognized for his accomplishments, Mr. Buba has been listed in the personal injury litigation section of the publication “The Best Lawyers in America”. He is a distinguished fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and belongs to the college of fellows of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Buba has lectured at numerous conferences and seminars and authored articles for a variety of legal publications. He has held many leadership positions within his legal and professional communities and serves on the board of directors of the Brain Injury Association of Indiana and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He also belongs to the board of regents of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys.
Mr. Buba holds a bachelor’s degree from Siena Heights University and a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
