Cynthia Matthews Daley

Cynthia Matthews Daley is a member at Jonathan R. Brockman, P.C., in Carrollton, Georgia. Dedicating her practice exclusively to the area of plaintiff\'s personal injury law, Ms. Daley represents clients throughout the state in a wide variety of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, animal bites, product liability, premises liability, workers\' compensation and wrongful death.

Ms. Daley gained admittance to practice law in the state of Georgia in 2001. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern districts of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Ms. Daley has briefed cases before the Supreme Court of the United States and has briefed and argued cases before both the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia. In 1991, Ms. Daley obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English from University of West Georgia . After earning her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2001, Ms. Daley began her legal career at a large firm in Atlanta. She opened her own firm in 2006 where she focused her practice of law in litigation. Ms. Daley also served as a county attorney for Carroll County for nine years before later accepting an invitation to join her present firm.

As a national speaker on litigation issues, Ms. Daley has shared her extensive knowledge and experience with her peers in the legal community. A vice chair of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Local Government, Ms. Daley has also served the Carroll County Bar Association as president.
