Attorney Charles E. Hoffecker is a founding member of Hayle Hoffecker Peacock, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Hoffecker focuses his practice on business, commercial, contract, employment and liability litigation. He represents a wide variety of clients in the Atlanta metropolitan area, Fulton County and throughout north Georgia.

 

Mr. Hoffecker has been licensed to practice law in Georgia since 1999. He is also admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

 

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Hoffecker has litigated numerous cases in state and federal court. Prior to co-founding Hayle Hoffecker Peacock, he was employed at the Attorney General of Georgia’s Office as an assistant attorney general and practiced at a large private Georgia based litigation firm.

 

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Hoffecker has lectured for organizations including the National Business Institute and Lorman Education Services. He has also authored articles for various publications.

 

Active in his legal community, Mr. Hoffecker is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and belongs to the organization’s business and employment law sections. He is a charter fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and served on the advisory board of the Southern Poverty Law Center’s juvenile public defender center.

 

Mr. Hoffecker holds a bachelor’s degree from Albion College and earned his law degree from Valparaiso University Law School. While attending law school, he served as associate editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review.
