Q Attorney Profile

Focusing his practice on business law, Cary Ichter is a managing partner at Ichter Davis LLC. He develops a customized strategy based on his clients\' needs and priorities, and works to help them achieve their legal goals, whether that is avoiding liability or righting a wrong. Mr. Ichter offers his legal services to clients throughout Atlanta, Georgia, and the surrounding metropolitan area.

Before graduating magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, Mr. Ichter attended the University of West Georgia. From there, he earned a Bachelor of Arts.

Mr. Ichter has built a reputation for obtaining results on behalf of those he represents. His notable successes include the defense of a local development authority in a bond financing transaction dispute, obtaining awards totaling in the millions of dollars on behalf of franchisees in franchisor fraud claims and the defense of guarantors in real estate loan transaction disputes. Mr. Ichter represents people, as well as small and large businesses, in complex business litigation matters such as contract disputes, franchise relationships, employment discrimination and sexual harassment, collections, fraud and partnership breakups.

In addition to his work in the courtroom, giving back to the community is a priority for Mr. Ichter. He currently serves as a board member and the president of the Academy of Court-Appointed Masters. Previously, Mr. Ichter served as a trustee for the University of West Georgia Foundation, on the State Bar of Georgia\'s future of the courts committee and on the council for Medshare\'s Southeast Region, as well as on committees for the Georgia National Guard Family Support Foundation and other organizations.
