Brian C. McCarthy

As an undergraduate, Mr. McCarthy attended the University of Notre Dame and received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 1995. He then moved to Georgia and received a Master of Science in sports administration in 2001 and then a Master of Business Administration in 2003, both from Georgia State University. While he was pursuing his M.B.A., Mr. McCarthy was also attending Georgia State University College of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2003 as well. Admitted to practice in Georgia, Mr. McCarthy is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.In order to stay abreast of current developments in his practice area and to forge connections with fellow attorneys, Mr. McCarthy is an active participant in several professional organizations.  He also sits on the advisory council of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic School.
