Q Attorney Profile

Ashley is originally from outside of New Orleans (where most of her family still resides) but was primarily raised in Northwest Georgia.  She attended Boston University on an academic scholarship and graduated magna cum laude with Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Psychology.  Ashley attended law school at the University of Georgia School of Law and graduated with honors.

Ashley has been an active member of the Georgia State Bar for more than 16 years.  After graduating from law school, she worked at an Atlanta insurance defense firm, which gave her firsthand insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend bodily injury claims.  After becoming disenchanted with defense work, Ashley began working at Brodhead Law, where she worked until January 2011, when she moved to Australia.  In Australia, Ashley was employed at a large personal injury law firm handling motor vehicle collision cases and premises liability cases.  After returning to the United States in 2013, she eventually returned to Brodhead Law.

Ashley has spoken at numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars, both locally and nationally. She has also been published in national and regional legal publications, including her book review of Winning Case Preparation.  Ashley is also active in the legal community.  She is the former President of the Sandy Springs Bar Association, where she currently serves on the Executive Board.
