Anita M. Lamar

Attorney Anita M. Lamar is the founder and owner of the Lamar Law Offices which has offices in Atlanta, Tucker and Decatur, Georgia. Graduating in the top fourth of her class, Ms. Lamar obtained her Juris Doctor in 2011, and she holds her license to practice in Oklahoma as well as Georgia. Along with maintaining a successful legal practice, she is also highly active in her legal community, as evidenced by her memberships with the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the National Bar Association, the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and the Gate City Bar Association. In addition, she also once served as vice president of the Henry County Bar Association.

Committed to her local community as well, Ms. Lamar volunteers her time and services with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and the Georgia Legal Services Program. She also volunteers with her local Habitat for Humanity and Meals on Wheels organizations.
