A partner at Canan Law in St. Augustine, Florida, Andrew Morgan provides astute and dedicated representation to his clients throughout St. Johns, Flagler, Putnam and Duval counties. His practice is divided between criminal defense and family law matters. In the latter area, Mr. Morgan assists clients, many of whom have extensive business holdings and other valuable assets, who are facing the end of their marriages and who are dealing with divorce-related issues such as business valuations and other complex property division issues, alimony, child support, and child custody and visitation. In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Morgan provides representation to clients who have been charged by the state with felonies or misdemeanors. The types of cases that Mr. Morgan has successfully handled have included drug possession and trafficking, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, rape and other sex crimes, vehicular manslaughter, murder, robbery, domestic violence, and assault and battery.
