Alex Brian Wallach

As a partner at George & Wallach, LLLP, Alex Brian Wallach is dedicated to representing people in Forest Park, Morrow, College Park, Fayetteville, Peachtree City, Lake City, Atlanta, Riverdale, McDonough, Stockbridge and throughout Clayton and Henry counties, Griffin, Newnan, Atlanta\'s Southern Crescent and throughout the broader Metroplitan Atlanta, Georgia area. He focuses his practice on Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, Administrative Law, Appeals and Personal Injury, handling cases that involve the following matters: workplace accidents of all sorts including brain, spinal and orthopedic injuries, complex factually and legally challenging workers\' compensation cases, constitutional and appellate law challenges in workers\' compensation, chronic pain cases, catastrophic injuries, changes in physician, late checks, Supplemental Security Income, and motor vehicle accidents.

After graduating cum laude from Case Western Reserve University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Mr. Wallach went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1987.

If someone is a victim of a work injury, car accident or is unable to work and in need of disability benefits regardless of the medical reason, it is imperative to find the right legal representation. With over three decades of experience, Mr. Wallach understands how the laws apply to clients seeking compensation and, perhaps more importantly, how to get the law applied properly by responsible parties that are hesitant to do so. He takes the time to communicate effectively with clients in order to put together the strongest case possible, blending knowledge of the law and extensive practical experience with innovative and creative legal arguments and positions. Strongly dedicated to sharing his knowledge with others, Mr. Wallach has taught numerous seminars for the Workplace Injury Law Group (WILG), WCCL, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Georgia Legal Foundation and other organizations.  He has also written articles for GTLA\'s, The Verdict Journal.  He is also the author or co-author of numerous amicus curiae briefs in important workers compensation cases.

In 2016, Mr. Wallach was honored by being inducted as a Fellow in in the ABA\'s College of Workers\' Compensation Lawyers.

As a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Mr. Wallach is admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. He holds memberships with the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s Workers’ Compensation Claimant Lawyers (WCCL) Section (Past President), Georgia Injured Workers\' Advocates and the Georgia Legal Foundation, serving as a past president and founding member.
